Singtel seems to have gone through 3 phases of consolidation. With each move down, the time period seems shorter.

MACD had a buy call on 13th November when it cut across the signal.
RSI seems to be moving up.
Momentum also.
But MA looks terrible, all cutting down.
Any implications of 3 consolidations?
